Though it was a chilly night, all of Charlotte’s biggest music fans made their way to the Time Warner Cable Arena to get ready for a night of great music!  But before Justin Bieber took the stage to a sold out crowd, thousands of Beliebers stood outside the doors jamming to Kiss 95.1 as they awaited the doors to open.

Stopping by the tent, fans were able to make Valentine’s Day cards for Justin, leaving notes of admiration, love and hundreds of marriage proposals.  But the fun didn’t stop there, people even had a chance to take pictures with Justin Bieber… well sort of.
