For all those looking for a cat fight between Christina Aguilera and newest reality show judge, Britney Spears, it seems you’ll have to wait a little longer.

In a recent press junket for the upcoming season of The Voice, which premieres September 10, Xtina only had words of encouragement for the new X Factor judge, who she welcomed to the talent-finding family.

“Britney is a pro,” she said. “I don’t know what she’s going to offer specifically herself as a coach, but I know she’s a pro, and she’s gonna give, I think, great advice.”

But it seems, Christina’s judging days might be behind her since she hinted she might not be back for season four when it returns this spring.

“We’re not speaking about anybody going or leaving or the details of that,” she said. “But I just know I can only be great as a coach if I keep on re-inspiring myself, if I keep going out, making albums, recording, and gaining new stories and experiences from the road so I can share with my team.”

Christina is getting ready to release her new single, “Your Body,” which fellow judge Adam Levine gave his stamp of approval.

“I heard that song and I hate you because it’s so good,” he told Christina.

For the upcoming third season, the show is making a few changes it hopes will entice viewers.

On the previous two seasons, contestants would face off in the battle rounds. This time around, rival coaches can steal the contestants who get eliminated in this round by pushing down on those big red buttons. Just like the audition rounds, if more than one coach buzzes in, the contestant will get to choose which team they’d like to switch to.

The show will also add a “knockout round” where coaches will have to shrink their teams from ten contestants to five, with a total of 20 singers making their way to the live shows.

This season will also feature new mentors including Michael Buble, who will hook up with Blake Shelton, Matchbox 20′s Rob Thomas joining Team Cee Lo, Mary J. Blige helping out Levine and Billie Joe Armstrong from Green Day teaming up with Christina.
