The gorgeous Bridgit Mendler is stopping by Kiss 95.1 so to get ready for it, we’ve searched all the realms of the internet to find some interesting and fun facts about the Disney star.  Her new album Hello My Name Is is slated for release this fall but she’s already well versed in acting, movies and music already. Her new single “Ready Or Not” drops on June 30, so keep your ear to the radio.

1. Bridgit’s first role was in General Hospital.  She played Lulu’s dream daughter in 2006.  You can watch her appearance right here!

2.  She’s the star of the hit Disney Channel show Good Luck Charlie, starring as Teddy Duncan, the only sister of title character Charlie.  The show has been on since April 4, 2010.

3.  In an interview, Bridgit admitted she’s dying to work on a movie with the cast of Wizards of Waverly place.  Bridget plays Juliet, a vampire who falls in love with Justin, one of the wizards on the show.

4.  Bridgit’s played lead actress in the Disney Channel’s hit movie Lemonade Mouth, where she even recorded a single for the soundtrack and released a music video to promote it.

5.  Though she grew up in Washington DC, once she moved to San Francisco she hired an agent at the young age of 11, getting her first role at age 13.

6.  Some awards Bridgit has won include Female Newcomer from Popstar Magazine, Iconic TV actress from J-14′s Teen Awards and Role Model of the Year from Common Sense Media Awards^.
