Last night, the Carolina Panthers’ star quarterback, Cam Newton, entertained hundreds at a meet and greet designed to announce his “Cam Newton Foundation” and of course, raise some money!
Along with the announcement Cam answered several fan fielded questions. Among Drex & Maney’s favorites was an inquiry into how the “Superman” End-zone dance came about!
You’ve seen him on the field, home and away, reach up to his chest and tear away whatever it is he’s tearing away – it gives Cam that Superman image for Panthers fans.
Well, last night Cam Newton truly painted the picture of what his “Clark Kent” inspired celebration means to him:

Cam Newton’s Foundation will focus on raising money for kids to fund initiatives on education, and physical fitness. Last night’s event at the Fillmore Charlotte was just the beginning!
