On August 13, 2011 the Indiana State Fair was hit by a wind storm that could only be attributes to and act of God. As a stage collapsed it took the lives of several concertgoers and injured multiple others.
In the wake of the tradgedy family members are filing a giant lawsuit against the Indiana Fair and Sugarland!
But the band’s lawyers aren’t sugar-coating it. Court documents reveal that the country duo’s legal team claim that concertgoers were at least partly to blame for injuries suffered in a stage collapse last year.
Outraged fans will have to wait for an official statement from the band.
Just minutes before the Sugarland took the stage to perform, gusts of wind brought the outdoor concert to a abrupt end.
Five deaths, a litter of injuries and one horrifying video!
Our hearts go out to the folks in Indiana.
