It’s been a month and a half since [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Beyonce[/lastfm] gave birth to her first child Blue Ivy Carter. We’ve seen Beyonce and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Jay-Z[/lastfm] stepping out on the town. Beyonce’s body looks amazing. It’s almost hard to imagine she was pregnant just 6 weeks ago.

What’s Beyonce’s secret to dropping the baby weight so fast?

Beyonce’s appearance is making people question once again if she was ever really pregnant. Remember when there was the video of her baby bump shifting around during a tv interview? Now seeing Beyonce’s body pretty much unchanged is fueling those rumors again.

According to sources Beyonce was said to have gained 40lbs when pregnant with her daughter Blue Ivy, but appears to have shed any excess weight in record time.

Well she  reportedly moved her personal trainer, Marco Borges, into her home following the birth and has been rising at 5am for a cardio session while doing high intensity training on the treadmill later in the day followed by a total body circuit including lunges and squats.

So that’s her secret. She spent a crap ton of money and moved a trainer into her home. Too bad we all don’t have that same luxury. Plus I am sure Beyonce isn’t cooking her own food being so busy with the new baby and all. :)
