Ashton Kutcher doesn’t want his6 year marriage with Demi Moore to end. There were rumors going around that Ashton cheated on Demi back in September while on a boys weekend in San Diego.

The couple hadn’t made any official statements about the state of their marriage, but it appeared they may have been going to marriage counseling. Last week Demi made the official announcement that she was planning to divorce Ashton. He desperately tried to make it work and even bought her a please forgive me gift.

Although Demi didn’t clearly say she was ending things because of infidelity, the message is pretty clear in her official statement.

“It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life. This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation.”

Just weeks before Demi announced her plans to divorce, Ashton made one last attempt to win his wife back in the form of a lavish gift. Ashton bought his wife an eco-friendly luxury car for her birthday.

According to sources, Ashton picked out a 2012 Lexus LS 600h L — and paid North of $100,000. There’s no word on if Demi accepted the gift, but obviously his attempt to buy her off with a new car was a BIG fail. She announced she will be filing for divorce last week.

I mean did he really think he could buy her a car and she’d forget he slept with someone else on their anniversary? Ugh!!!!
